Carl Bergman, Pastor

Pastor Carl has been at New Hope Church since 2005 when he and a group of believers planted the church. He has his M.Div. degree from Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has served as pastor in churches in California, Michigan, and Connecticut prior to moving to Maine. Both he and his wife, Joyce, grew up in Michigan. They have raised four children and have two grandchildren.

Jim Fader, Worship Leader

Jim Fader spent 20 years of his life in the Air Force as an engineer. Since he retired from military service he has been committed to using his gifts to serve Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Debra, have three children. As Worship Leader for New Hope Church he is involved in training and leading the praise team and the technical team.
